Alexandra Maria Lara, a Romanian and German actress who works in TV and film is best known for films such as Rush and Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. As the sole child of Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu, Alexandra started her professional career in showbiz at a young age. She played lead roles in TV dramas as young as 16 years old.
